Appointment Preparation

Our Creative Specialists work on a tightly scheduled route, and it’s essential that shoots begin on time.

If a shoot is delayed due to the property not being ready, we may need to reschedule services, which could incur an additional fee. To avoid this, please ensure the space is clean, staged, and accessible at the scheduled time. For best results, we recommend sharing the below Prep Guide with your team ahead of time.

Shoot Prep Guide

To ensure a smooth and successful shoot, please make sure the following are done before our team arrives:

1. The Space is Clean

  • Floors swept or vacuumed

  • Counters and tables cleared

  • No clutter or personal items visible

2. All Lights Work

  • Turn on all lights before we arrive

  • Replace any burnt-out bulbs

3. Furniture is in Place

  • Our team does not move furniture

  • Rooms should be staged and ready to go

4. Every Room is Accessible

  • All rooms must be unlocked and available

  • Make sure we have access to any outdoor areas, basements, or garages you want captured

That’s it!  Following these steps helps us capture your listing beautifully and stay on schedule.
